Q: Why does it take so long for me to receive my order?

A: I wish I can cut the processing time of 6 weeks. All of our items are custom and hand made. Having a turn around time allows me to make sure that your ears are made to its perfection.

Q: Do you take custom orders?

Yes it depends what you would like to order. Feel free to fill out the custom order request and I will reply back within 3-4 business days with a response

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: yes I do ship internationally , shipping cost Varies

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Our current turn around time is 6 weeks , not including shipping time , but we do have Priority shipping options!

A:Unfortunately we do not accept returns as all of our ears are handmade to order.
